Service Description

Give your employees the support they need to succeed! We offer group fitness classes and group or one-on-one personal training for your employees, as well as health screenings and educational health & wellness seminars on topics relevant to your company and employee needs. Our corporate wellness services are available as a one-time gig, or ongoing sessions. When your employees are feeling their best, they will do their best work! Contact us to inquire about specific services and seminars for your company and we will answer all of your questions and create a custom plan tailored for you. Cancelation Policy

To reschedule or cancel your session/service, please call/text 786-766-2424 or email newyoufitnessandwellness@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. We would be happy to find a more convenient time for your service. If you do not reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, New You Fitness & Wellness has no obligation to reschedule or reimburse you for your session, but will review make-up sessions on a case-by-case basis.
