Book a session with a certified personal trainer for your child or teen. We work with all kids aged 6-17 to promote healthy living and movement. We use safe exercises and conditioning practices to prepare children for the demands of athletics, or to simply get them active. Training sessions will also teach your child discipline and determination, as well as prevent obesity and other health conditions. Sessions will be 30 minutes long and will take place in your home or an outdoor area of your choosing. Children will perform safe exercises using only body weight or very light weights. We can help your child or teen become comfortable with sport-specific drills to help them succeed in their athletics. If you do not see a package that meets your child's needs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a package that better suits those needs.
To reschedule or cancel your session/service, please call/text 786-766-2424 or email email@example.com at least 12 hours in advance. We would be happy to find a more convenient time for your service. If you do not reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, New You Fitness & Wellness has no obligation to reschedule or reimburse you for your session, but will review make-up sessions on a case-by-case basis.
