One-on-one Personal Training
Book a session today for a one-on-one session with a Certified Personal Trainer/Exercise Specialist to meet all of your fitness goals. You will be given a free consultation session before your training begins to discuss goals and any health concerns or limitations. Sessions will take place in your home or apartment gym, or another preferred location, such as an outdoor park.
Partner Personal Training
Book a session today with a partner, whether it be a friend, spouse, parent, child, etc. We will make sure you both get the most out of your session, while having fun doing so! Sessions will take place in your home or other preferred location.
Youth Personal Training
We work with children and youth ages 6-17. We help prepare your child for the intensities of athletics, while teaching them determination and self-discipline. Children and youth are provided with safe exercise plans designed to meet their individual goals. We also work with children to promote healthy living and movement to reduce chances of childhood obesity and other health concerns.
Group Exercise Fitness
Get plugged in with a group who has similar fitness goals as you! We offer group strength and cardio classes. You will be sure to find a niche that meets your needs and have fun doing so. Classes will take place in an outdoor setting or public park, etc.

New You Fitness & Wellness was founded by Emily Eckart, a graduate of University of Florida. She earned her degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology. As a former athlete, Emily has always had a passion for health and fitness. Upon graduating, she earned her Personal Training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine, so she could put her passion of athletics and health to practice. Emily believes in educating people about fitness and wellness and promoting healthy lifestyles for the community, so that you may become the best version of yourself.
