We have partnered with dotFIT and Prestige Labs to introduce nutrition into your wellness plan. Youth Personal Training& Sports Conditioning
We work with children and youth aged 6-17 to help prepare them child for the intensities of athletics, while teaching them determination and self-discipline. Children and youth are provided with safe exercise plans designed to meet their individual goals. If your child isn't in sports, we work with them to promote healthy living and movement to reduce chances of childhood obesity and other health concerns.

New You Fitness & Wellness was founded by Emily Eckart, a graduate of University of Florida. She earned her degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology. As a former athlete, Emily has always had a passion for health and fitness. Upon graduating, she earned her Personal Training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine, so she could put her passion of athletics and health to practice. Because Emily recognizes that nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand, she didn't stop her education there. She is also certified as a Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine, so she can better guide her clients in proper nutrition habits to fuel the body for the demands of exercise and help them reach their overall wellness goals even faster. Emily believes in educating people about fitness and wellness and promoting healthy lifestyles for the community, so that you may become the best version of yourself.
